We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Heritage Jerseys Co. If something’s not right, here’s how we handle returns:

Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.

Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns for customized jerseys, clearance items, or worn/used products.

Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using tracked shipping.
